Job Title: Field Welder Department: Crusher Site

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Perform welding and cutting activities on various machines, including crushers, vibrating screens, and conveyors.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and perform general labor activities, such as shoveling around belts and crushers.
  • Conduct daily checks on conveyors, screen decks, and crusher boxes.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Report crusher issues and required wear parts to the supervisor promptly.
  • Monitor plant operations to ensure safety and consistent production.
  • Listen for unusual noises or indications of errors.
  • Maintain strong communication with the panel operator for efficient and safe workflow.
  • Remove buildup from under or around crushers and beltlines.
  • Inspect belt scale, clean daily, and record scale readings.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree
